Returns & Exchanges

Should you find yourself with an item you need to part with, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the receipt.

  1. Repackage your item being sure to include the information below.
  2. Reference your order number (on your packing slip).
  3. Drop a note in the package stating what you'd like us to do with your item (exchange or return).
  4. Send your item to the address below. We will promptly send a replacement or refund of your money upon receiving the package.
  5. DO NOT send merchandise purchased from another retailer. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on those. You must work with that merchant.
